The Rotary Club of Barbados West and Diamond International Charity Golf Tournament, held on October 8^th, 2023, at the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course, has been a successful annual event for over 18 years, raising over $2.5 million for various charitable causes. Contributions have supported projects such as refurbishing the Paediatric Ward at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, establishing the Renal Dialysis Unit, funding initiatives like the Ellen Steinbok Hearing Project and scholarships for tertiary level students at the University of the West Indies.

This partnership showcases the impact of collaboration in driving positive change in the community. Proceeds from the latest tournament will benefit peacebuilding initiatives and aid students with dyslexia, highlighting the tournament’s role in fostering unity, literacy and community engagement in Barbados.
